It is an opportunity for land development on available land. The rehabilitation of brownfield sites has many environmental and economic advantages.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, the rehabilitation of brownfield sites makes it possible to : :&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>combat <a href=\"https:\/\/ect.komk.fr\/en\/ect-group\/a-unique-land-reclamation-glossary\/gross-soil-artificialization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">soil artificialisation&nbsp;<\/a><\/li>\n<li>recreate green corridors, take action for biodiversity<\/li>\n<li>contribute to the economic revitalization of a region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1309\" data-end=\"1552\">ECT puts its expertise at the service of local authorities to transform these brownfield sites into useful and sustainable spaces.
