Today, almost 50 drivers are in operation. They work the land they receive, creating the project&#8217;s contours and shaping the future landscape.<\/p>\n<p>Each operator has to be versatile and master the operation of several machines: excavator, bulldozer, loader, dump truck.  <br \/>Under the impetus of the Operations Director and site managers, ECT is training the new generation of machine operators by encouraging internal promotion. To carry out this job, he has been trained to control the quality of incoming materials and ensure that safety and the environment are respected on site.  <\/p>\n<p>After a few years, during his career interviews, Jeannel expressed his desire to learn the trade of machine operator. After obtaining these CACES, Jeannel began mentoring.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-81b71ef e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"81b71ef\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-02cba80 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"02cba80\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">His mentor, No\u00ebl<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6eb2ebd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6eb2ebd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Jeannel learns the tricks of the trade from No\u00ebl.
