His career path is as rich as it is atypical. After a vocational baccalaureate in bodywork, he continued his studies with a BTS in customer relations negotiation. He then joined the French Navy for a year. On leaving, he resumed his studies with a BTS in customer relations negotiation. He then moved into the renewable energies sector, specializing in rainwater and wastewater treatment, where he managed several regions of France.      <span style=\"font-size: 1rem; font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">Thomas joined ECT four months ago as an Account Manager.  <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-259b27d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"259b27d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2680029 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"2680029\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<i><b>I wanted to pursue a career in a field related to<\/b><\/i> <b><i>I wanted to contribute to concrete local projects. Returning to my home region, the coalfield, was also essential for me. Initially, I was astonished by ECT's circular economy model. Today, I'm 100% behind it. What we're doing makes sense. On neglected sites, parks, nature reserves and recreational areas come to life. He meets with customers on a regular basis to come up with operational solutions. His strong point: coordinating with his customers the opening and closing calendars of ECT sites to align their forecast schedules with the soil reception capacity of our sites.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e7e3d8 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"5e7e3d8\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2ce122 elementor-blockquote--skin-quotation elementor-blockquote--align-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"b2ce122\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t<b><i>Each customer has his own specific needs. My role is to understand their constraints and to be a trusted contact, from the first contact to the reception of their land on our sites. <\/i><\/b>\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7242103 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"7242103\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-af60755 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"af60755\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p> <\/p><p>Our support doesn&#8217;t end with the signing of the offer. It covers the entire customer journey. It's all about presenting a project, a concrete development. The soil that our customers deposit is used to transform wasteland to create natural areas, parks and orchards. He also experiences them as a resident of the Bassin Minier.
